The Life Plan: Steps to making the most of a challenging situation



  1. Attitude – Think positive.  Decide you are going to get through this pandemic.
  1. Application – Seize the day.  This is an opportunity to accomplish more.  The extra time you win back can be applied positively.
  1. Goals – Set life goals for the next 30 days, 90 days and 180 days.  The life plan should major on your
      • Health
      • Career
      • Current financial position
      • Relationships and
      • The sense of purpose


Define the Chief Aim you must achieve by 31.12.20.


  1. Happiness

We are all just one thought away from happiness or sadness.  We can choose to be happy, to see what can be and not just what is.

  1. “If we can we can”

Henry Ford said “if we think we can we can, if we think we can’t  we can’t, and whether we think we can or we can’t, we are right!

Thinking in the affirmative and expecting the best actually works!  A “can do” mentality is a must.
